YOU MAY ORDER THREE WAYS
You may place your order in one of three ways:
1. By Mail: Please mail your order form with payment to:

Please make your payment out to First Family Church and include a self addressed stamped envelope so we can mail receipt to you.
2. In Person: only during Angel Food office hours at the First Family Church office in Ankeny at the following days and times
*There are no Angel Food office hours on the dates between the order due date and distribution date*
OFFICE DAYS THIS MONTH
Thursday, September 9, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. in our church office.
Friday September 10, 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm in our church office.
Please bring your cash, check, money order, cashier's check or foodstamps at this time. All orders must be paid for when you placed your order.

DISTRIBUTION DAY
- All orders must be picked up on distribution day, during distribution times.
- Your receipt is required to pick up your order.
- If you are not able to pick up your order, please make arrangements with a friend or relative to pick up your food for you. Remember to give them your yellow receipt, which is required to pick up your food.
- Orders not picked up by the end of distribution (11:30am) will be donated to those in need.
