Information about Using our Facility

Documents
FFC requires a signed “release of liability” form and “contract” from the adult responsible for the group renting the facility. These need to be turned in to the FFC offices at least two weeks prior to the rental event.

Deposit
FFC requires a deposit of $75.00 for the use of the facility, per reservation. This needs to be turned in to the FFC offices at least two weeks prior to the rental event. We will hold the check until after the event. FFC has the right to keep the deposit if there has been damage to the facility, or if the conditions of the contract have not been met. The deposit will be returned to the renter after the area used is inspected. (Please leave a self addressed envelope with the office for this return.)

Donation
FFC requests that the group renting the facility make a donation to First Family Church. This helps us to take care of our facilities and staffing, better enabling us to make this facility available to others. If you would like to use your deposit as a donation, please note this on the contract.

Any equipment needed that is not available through First Family Church will need to be brought in from an outside vendor. All expenses related to such, including rental, transportation, set-up, tear-down and insurance fees will be the responsibility of the requesting organization and not of First Family Church.
 
All stage layout needs/designs must be coordinated through First Family Church prior to the event.
