FFC strives for children to become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ through celebration, growth, and service, so they in turn can teach others.
At First Family Church we believe children are a gift from God; as Psalm 127:3 says, children a reward from God. In the New Testament, we read how Jesus felt about children when the disciples tried to turn children away.
“Jesus called the children to him and said, ‘Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.’”Luke 18:16
As the next generation of leaders and worshippers in the church, we want to assist parents and family members by providing a biblical education, a caring and positive environment, and an example of service to our children in order to point their lives to Christ.
It is our hope and prayer that as we teach and point children to Jesus Christ, we help them to be lifelong followers of Him through celebration, growth, and service, so they in turn will teach others.
In order to help the ministry to our children flourish and succeed, we rely on parents and other church members to regularly assist in the children’s ministry. By serving in our ministry, you will be serving the Lord, impacting the lives of our families, investing in the future, and being a great example to the children and other adults at First Family Church.
